Chandanwari

Chandanwari (or Chandanwadi) is a picturesque valley situated on the outskirts of Pahalgam in Jammu & Kashmir. It is set around 16 km from Pahalgam, at an elevation of 2895 m. Remarkably, Chandanwari is regarded as a tourist destination with religious significance as it is the Gateway to the holy Amarnath Yatra.
