Paragliding in Rhodes

Paragliding in Rhodes offers a unique way to experience the island's breathtaking landscapes from above. Although these adventure sports services are available throughout the island, the most popular spots include Tsambika Beach, Eli Beach, Kolymbia, Stegna Beach, Lindos, Faliraki, and Prasonisi. The paragliding services are only available from May to October.

Early morning and late afternoon flights are often preferred for their calm winds and breathtaking lighting. flights typically last between 15 to 30 minutes. Upon arrival at the activity center, you'll meet your experienced paragliding instructor who will brief you on safety procedures and flight techniques. You'll then be fitted with a secure harness and helmet. The take-off is usually from a hilltop or a specially designated area. The instructor will guide you through the process, ensuring a smooth launch. Once in the air, you'll glide for approximately 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the wind conditions and the flight plan.
