Air: The nearest airport is at Dehradun. One can easily get a cab or bus for Rudraprayag. From Rudraprayag one needs to take a shared jeep till Kanakchauri from where one can trek to Kartik Swami.
Rail: The nearest rail head is at Rishikesh. One can easily get a cab or bus for Rudraprayag. From Rudraprayag one needs to take a shared jeep till Kanakchauri from where one can trek to Kartik Swami.
Road: Kartik Swami is connected by road uphill Kanakchauri village which can be reached from Rudraprayag on a shared jeep. From Kanakchauri one needs to undertake a small trek to Kartik Swami which is located uphill.
