Mönchsberg Lift is a 60-metre-long lift located in Anton-Neumer-Platz. The terrace of the Mönchsberg lift is famous for its scenic views. Visitors can find Restaurant M32 within the same building, where they can enjoy appetizing meals, selecting from a menu of various fine foods.
This modern electric lift can carry up to 17 people per cabin (a total of 3 cabins) within 30 seconds. It has been in operation since 1890. The lift leads straight up to the Museum of Modern Art, known for its exquisite display of international artworks from the 20th and 21st centuries.
