Palazzo Comunale, also known as the Palazzo del Popolo or Palazzo Nuovo del Podestà, is a historic palace located in Piazza del Duomo, San Gimignano, Tuscany, Italy. It is is renowned for its architectural significance and houses the Musei Civici (Civic Museums). Adjacent to the Palazzo Comunale stands the Torre Grossa, completed in 1300. At 54 meters, it is the tallest tower in San Gimignano.

The façade of the Palazzo Comunale is characterized by its combination of stone and brick materials. The lower section features large, squared stone blocks, while the upper part is constructed with brick. Distinctive arched windows adorn the exterior, and a notable balcony supported by ancient corbels once served as a platform, known as the "arengo," from which the podestà (chief magistrate) would address the public. The building is crowned with battlements, a result of 19th-century restorations led by architect Giuseppe Partini between 1878 and 1881.
