Naama Bay, Sharm El Sheikh Overview
Naama bay comprises two main areas, a beach area and a promenade complex with shops and restaurants. It is located near El Salam Road in Sharm El Sheikh. It is visited for diving safaris, snorkelling with fish, or chilling under umbrellas by the beach. The pedestrian walkway, known as the El Salam promenade road, is built right behind the beach for a breezy stroll or shopping experience.
The Naama beach area is adorned with palm trees and is divided into private sections owned by the sea-facing hotels. Restaurants, cafes, seafood shops, and fast food chains are located throughout the area. Naama Bay is well-known for its vibrant nightlife with a selection of clubs and open lounges. Supermarkets and souq-styled shops selling antiques, souvenirs, Arabic oils, and perfumes are also popular. The Ras Mohammed National Park and Al Mustafa Mosque are a few minutes' ride from Naama Bay.
