The legend of Khatushyam Ji is not supremely popular but has its own believers among the hindus. If you're religious and want to visit all the temples in Sikar, an overnight journey to Ringus railway (Read More) station and back is convenient. If, like me, you want to explore Jaipur as well, the temple is about an hour's drive from the city and will take up an entire day. Rajasthan is best avoided duirng the harsh summer months, and the sweets you will get at Khatushyam are some of the purest in India, make sure to buy them. You can make donations to the temple, and they give each devotee a little bottle of gulab ittar too! If you're a krishna bhakt, do look up the legend and offer darshan at this temple.
