Samriti mam guided us with a clear itenary and her support was very commendable. She was very friendly. Cab driver was very professional and highly skilled, he took us to all places at the right time. (Read More) Hotel snow plaza was very neat and stay was comfortable. Hote staff were very polite. Food was delicious. They even prepared any additional menu we ordered and served us happily. The trip was very memorable. We had a good time. There were no hassles throughout the trip. The arrangements were proper. I highly recommend happy trip destination for any future travel needs to all. I even already recommended this agency to my friends and they have planned their travel through them.

The management Staff is very helpful and supportive. The personal cab driver they provided is also good in nature and helpful for sightseeing and trip roaming. The hotel at shimla (2 night) is g (Read More)ood and have mountain view from room. The food and service is ok. The hotel at Manali (3 night) is also good. But the hotel policies are bit frustrating. (Like limited hour water supply, last hour room type change. The food and hotel hospitality services are good. Hotel has best view for waterfall, river and snow covered hills. We had booked a Manali, Dharmashala, Dalhousie and Chandigarh package for a couple and a child for 7days and 6nights from The Mist Caravans. Mr Raman provided us excellent hotels with very good food a (Read More)nd great hospitality as promised. The sight seeing car and driver arranged by him provided us safe and comfortable journey. He followed up everything before we could check in every hotel. There was very few things to complain. Thanks Mist Caravans, keep it up.
