Rail: Kudal is the nearest railway station to the town situated at a distance of 45 kms. Lying on Konkan Railway line, it is well connected to Mumbai, Pune, and Goa through regular trains. Take taxi or bus to further reach the town.
Road: Tarakari is not directly linked with its neighbouring states through bus. One can reach the beach resort via its neighbouring city Malvan situated 6 kms away. Auto rickshaws and taxi are easily available from Malvan.
