The Tashkent TV Tower is an iconic landmark and one of the tallest structures in Central Asia at a height of 375 meters. Its unique design features a cylindrical shaft with a gradually tapering top and a distinctive observation deck, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Tashkent. There are high-speed elevators to go to the tower's observation deck situated 97 meters above ground and the highest restaurant in just 30 seconds.
There are two restaurants, the Red Room, at a height of 104 meters, and the Blue Room, at a height of 98 meters. Both the restaurants offer panoramic views of Tashkent as the restaurants' platforms keep rotating at a slow speed. Masterfully crafted by the skilled hands of Master A. Buharbaev, the foyer of the tower is adorned with mosaic panels made from stones, marble, and metal. These mosaics are inspired by Florentine and Roman designs. The tower primarily functions as a broadcasting facility, transmitting television and radio signals across the vast Uzbekistan landscape. It can be reached by car or taxi and is easily accessible by metro as Bodomzor station is close to the area.
