Kudakkallu Parambu, located in the Thrissur district of Kerala, is a significant megalithic burial site and one of the finest examples of ancient burial practices in South India. Known for its large umbrella-shaped stone structures called "Kudakkallu" (Umbrella Stones) and other burial monuments like "Thoppikkallu" (Hat Stones), Kudakkallu Parambu is believed to date back to the Iron Age, around 1000 BCE to 500 CE.
