Da Bia mountain is a 706 meter high hill, with a peculiar stone perched on top of it, visible for anyone who gazes upon the mountain. The local name 'Nui Da Bia' translates into Gravestone mountain.
Da Bia is most famous for the gigantic stone located on top of its mountain peak, which was installed by King Le Thanh Tong after a conflict with the neighbouring Cham Kingdom. The peak is an upward 1.5 - 2 hour trek. From the peak, you can get an unobstructed view of the surrounding Vong Ho Bay and the entire district. At the base of the mountain, you can enjoy some exquisite squid hot pot.
