Victory Park

Victory Park, located in Yerevan, Armenia, is a significant landmark and a tribute to the country's victory in World War II. It was inaugurated in 1995 on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the end of World War II.

The centerpiece of Victory Park is the imposing Mother Armenia monument, which stands tall atop a hill overlooking the city. This colossal statue symbolizes the strength and resilience of the Armenian people. Initially built in the 1960s to honor Soviet soldiers, the monument was later repurposed to represent the nation's motherly spirit, replacing the statue of Joseph Stalin.
