Cancellation by the Client
- If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:
- Thirty days or more before the trip start date: 10% of the total trip cost will be charged (administrative fee).
- 15 to 29 days before the trip start date: 25% of the total trip cost will be charged.
- 7 to 14 days before the trip start date: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged.
- Less than seven days before the trip start date: 100% of the total trip cost will be charged (no refund).
- No show on the trip start date: No refund

Cancellation by the Company
- In case the company must cancel the trip due to circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, political instability, etc.), you will be offered:
- A full refund of the trip cost, or
- Credit toward a future trip, valid for up to 12 months.
- The company is not responsible for any additional costs (such as airfare or travel insurance) incurred by the client in case of cancellation.

Trip Alterations or DelaysThe company reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, roadblocks, political unrest). Significant changes will be communicated early. In case of delays (e.g., flight cancellations, strikes), alternative arrangements will be made, but additional costs will be the client's responsibility.

Refund ProcessEligible refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the cancellation date.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original booking.
5.
Non-Refundable Items:
Non-refundable items include but are not limited to:
- Permit fees.
- Visa processing fees.
- Third-party service fees (non-refundable airfare or hotel bookings).
6.
Travel InsuranceIt is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. The company is not responsible for expenses incurred due to cancellations without travel insurance.
7.
Special ConditionsParticular cancellation policies may apply for group tours, customized trips, or peak season bookings, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
