Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Kathmandu Arrival – Overnight in Kathmandu
  • Your Arrival Time: Our representative will greet you at the airport upon arrival.
  • Airport Pickup: Transfer to your hotel with a welcome drink and check-in.
  • Local Walking Tour: If time permits and you arrive early, enjoy a local walking tour to explore the culture and heritage sites of Kathmandu., which is within walking distance from your Hotel
  • Dinner: Enjoy dinner at the hotel
  • Overnight Stay: Relax and rest at the hotel.
  • Breakfast and Drive to Pashupatinath Temple for Puja and darshan and Gujeshori Temple
  • Sightseeing in Kathmandu: Visit Soyambhunath Stupa
  • Drive to Pokhara: Depart for Pokhara around 10:30 AM. Enjoy a scenic 3-hour drive to Manakamana by cable car and then continue the drive to Pokhara.
  • Arrival in Pokhara: Arrive in Pokhara around 6 PM.
  • Lake Side Touristic Hub: Visit the Lake Side area for a tour
  • Dinner at Hotel
  • Overnight Stay: Check in and relax at your hotel in Pokhara.
  • 05:15 AM: Get ready at the reception for the Sarankot sunrise. (If you like Hot Air Ballooning, we will take you to the Ballooning Spot at 05:30 AM, where you can view the top three highest mountains in the world.) Return to the hotel for breakfast.
  • Pokhara City Tours: After breakfast, embark on a city tour of Pokhara. Visit Bindabasini Temple, Seti River, Mountain Museum, Davis Fall, and Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave. Enjoy your activities like boating, paragliding, and bungy at Lakeside.
  • Lunch: Have lunch at a restaurant around Lakeside.
  • Dinner & Overnight Stay: Enjoy dinner and spend the night at your hotel in Pokhara.
  • 08:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Drive to Kathmandu: Depart for Kathmandu around 08:00 AM. If time permits, visit Chandragiri Cable Car before returning to Kathmandu.
  • Local Market and Casino Visit: Explore the local market and optionally visit a casino.
  • Dinner at your Hotel
  • Overnight in Kathmandu: Check in and relax at your hotel in Kathmandu.
  • Flight Time: Enjoy free time until your flight departure. We will transfer you to Kathmandu Airport three hours before your flight time (30 30-minute drive from your hotel).

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the Client
  • If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:
  • Thirty days or more before the trip start date: 10% of the total trip cost will be charged (administrative fee).
  • 15 to 29 days before the trip start date: 25% of the total trip cost will be charged.
  • 7 to 14 days before the trip start date: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged.
  • Less than seven days before the trip start date: 100% of the total trip cost will be charged (no refund).
  • No show on the trip start date: No refund
2. Cancellation by the Company
  • In case the company must cancel the trip due to circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, political instability, etc.), you will be offered:
  • A full refund of the trip cost, or
  • Credit toward a future trip, valid for up to 12 months.
  • The company is not responsible for any additional costs (such as airfare or travel insurance) incurred by the client in case of cancellation.
3. Trip Alterations or Delays
The company reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, roadblocks, political unrest). Significant changes will be communicated early. In case of delays (e.g., flight cancellations, strikes), alternative arrangements will be made, but additional costs will be the client's responsibility.

4. Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the cancellation date.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original booking.

5. Non-Refundable Items:
Non-refundable items include but are not limited to:
  • Permit fees.
  • Visa processing fees.
  • Third-party service fees (non-refundable airfare or hotel bookings).
6. Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. The company is not responsible for expenses incurred due to cancellations without travel insurance.

7. Special Conditions
Particular cancellation policies may apply for group tours, customized trips, or peak season bookings, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
