1. Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your tour more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour without any additional fees.

2. Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before the Tour: If you cancel your tour within 48 hours of the scheduled departure, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Alternatively, you may reschedule your tour for a future date, subject to availability, at no additional cost.

3. No Show or Cancellation on the Day of the Tour: If you fail to show up for your scheduled tour or cancel on the day of the tour, no refund will be provided, and the full cost of the tour will be charged.

4. Weather-Related Cancellations: In the case of extreme weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances that affect the safety or feasibility of the tour, we will offer you an alternative date for the tour or a full refund. Our top priority is the safety and enjoyment of our guests.

5. Changes to Bookings: If you wish to modify your booking, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability, but please note that additional charges may apply, depending on the changes requested.
