Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival

Upon arrival at Dehradun Airport/Railway Station, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to the hotel.
Check in to the hotel and relax.
Dehradun serves as the main base for the Heli-tour and is the starting & ending point of the Chardham Yatra.
In the evening, a tour briefing will be conducted for passengers.
Complimentary duffel bags (for essential items) will be provided, with a 5 kg limit per passenger.
Overnight stay in Dehradun (Dinner included).

Day 2 Yamunotri

Guests will be picked up from the hotel and taken to Sahastradhara Helidrome.
A briefing session will be held by the ground crew before take-off.
Arrival at Kharsali helipad (Yamunotri) and check-in to the resort.
Trek to Yamunotri Temple (6 km) via Palki (takes about 5 hours).
After darshan, return to the hotel for lunch and relaxation.
Evening visit to Shani Temple.
Overnight stay in Kharsali (Dinner included).
Flight Schedule:
- 07:00 AM – Departure from Sahastradhara helipad, Dehradun.
- 07:45 AM – Arrival at Kharsali helipad, Yamunotri.

Day 3 Gangotri

Depart from Kharsali to Harsil helipad (Gangotri).
Harsil is known as "Mini Switzerland" of Uttarakhand.
Gangotri Temple is 22 km from the helipad (50-minute drive).
After darshan, return to the hotel for lunch and relaxation.
Enjoy a campfire in the evening or visit a nearby village for shopping.
Overnight stay in Harsil (Dinner included).
Flight Schedule:
- 07:45 AM – Departure from Yamunotri helipad.
- 08:30 AM – Arrival at Harsil helipad.

Day 4 Kedarnath

Depart from Harsil to Guptkashi/Phata/Sirsi helipad.
Due to government regulations, guests will be transferred to shuttle helicopters for Kedarnath.
Kedarnath helipad is 500 meters from the temple (15-minute walk).
After darshan, transfer to the hotel for overnight stay in Sitapur or Kedarnath (Dinner included).
Flight Schedule:
- 09:00 AM – Departure from Harsil helipad.
- 09:45 AM – Arrival at Phata/Sitapur helipad.

Day 5 Badrinath

Departure for Badrinath and check-in at the hotel (near the temple).
Darshan at Badrinath Temple assisted by our ground staff.
After lunch, visit Mana Village, the last village before the China border.
Overnight stay in Badrinath (Dinner included).
Flight Schedule:
- 10:00 AM – Departure from Phata/Sersi helipad.
- 10:45 AM – Arrival at Badrinath helipad.

Day 6 Return to Dehradun

After darshan & breakfast, fly back to Dehradun.
Transfer to Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey.
End of the Chardham Yatra by Helicopter with memorable experiences.
Flight Schedule:
- 08:30 AM – Departure from Badrinath helipad.
- 09:30 AM – Arrival at Sahastradhara helipad, Dehradun.

Hotels : all the hotels were as per the plan shared : Dwaraka - hotel fortune palace - great hotel with neat and clean rooms and helpful staff . Very good in-house restaurant too . Somnath - kings Kraft - exceptional hotel and the best we had on the entire trip - would rate 5/5 on all parameters - excellent room , excellent in-house restaurant, brilliant staff - this should be your choice of hotel in Somnath for the category you have booked for us . Sasan - Amidhara : decent resort could have been better Junagarh - Click Hotel - excellent hotel , with great in-house restaurant and neat and clean rooms . Location is brilliant Car : the car provided was Ertiga as per package . The person assigned (Tushar) arrived at the given time on Airport as per schedule . Driver was ready whenever we called to go to any place - never had any issue . Had water bottles in the car. He helped us with the Darshana at Bhet Dwaraka and Somnath through his known contacts which made it a bit easy for the Darshans Namaste India Travels team : The entire team was great , the schedule was well planned , hotels and car were as per the plan shared . Shanti and Rashmi from the team were prompt with their responses and arrangements - great support provided Thank you once again , will definitely book other trips in the future and would recommend anyone planning a trip to Gujarat . We are 4 Italian friends and we relied on Namasteindiatrip to organise our trip from Italy. We took a long one-month trip visiting Rajasthan, then Varanasi with a three-day stop at Kumbamela in Prayag (Read More)raj, then continuing to Kerala to the Laccadive Islands and finally a few days of relaxation in Kochi and Aleppey sailing on the Backwaters. All organised excellently by Namasteindiatrip. The assistance was exceptional, even in times of need, regarding health problems, we always felt 'protected' by the invisible but effective interventions of the staff at all times. All the services offered were beyond all expectations both in terms of accommodation, often in suggestive locations sometimes closer to the airports for issues related to travel, but always of quality. The transports were with comfortable and brand new cars and safe and competent drivers always available for variations and requests. The overall experience on a scale of 1 to 10 is undoubtedly 10. The only suggestions I could give are not expressly to the agency but above all to the hoteliers who could consider integrating their menus more with something for Westerners, especially in the morning breakfast. In particular, we wanted to thank the entire Namasteindiatrp team that in one way or another has been close to us every single day, enriching this beautiful journey with humanity.
