Currency and Exchange Rates: Refunds will be in the currency used for payment. The company is not responsible for currency fluctuation differences. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, and the process will commence on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
Cancellation Timelines and Refunds
- 60 Days Pre-Travel Date: 80% of the total package cost will be refunded.
- 59-40 Days Pre-Travel Date: 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
- 39-25 Days Pre-Travel Date: 25% of the total package cost will be refunded.
- 24-15 Days Pre-Travel Date: 15% of the total package cost will be refunded.
- Less Than 15 Days: No refund.
Hotel and Flight Cancellation: Cancellation charges for hotels and flights will follow the hotel/supplier or airline rules.
Minimum Service Charge: A minimum 10% service charge is applicable for tour/travel service cancellations after booking.
Refund After Trip Commencement: If the trip is canceled after commencement, refunds are limited to the amount recoverable from hotels and other service providers. Unused services will not be refunded.
Extraordinary Train Journeys: Separate cancellation policies apply for journeys such as Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, etc.
Peak Season: Bookings made for the high peak season (20th Dec to 15th Jan) are not refundable.
Refund ProcessRefund Requests: Refunds will be based on the cancellation policy for unused or unutilized services that are paid for and canceled in advance.
Processing Time: Refunds may take 2-4 weeks due to banking procedures.
Bank Charges: If the refund is made to a credit card or bank account, any bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
