Exclusions

  •  Tips: USD 5 per person per day for the tour duration is to be paid to the tour manager on Day 01 of the tour.
  • Deviations: If you wish to travel on a date other than the group’s Ex-India departure date, return on a different date, or fly in/out of a city other than the start/end city, an additional charge will apply. This is subject to availability of seats for the given dates and ticket validity and will be advised by your sales staff/travel agent. Kindly note, the deviation will be actioned only 30 days prior to the tour departure date.
  • Yellow Fever Vaccination Charges.
  • Baggage Handling Fees: For additional check-in baggage and any additional sectors for internal flights.
  • Passport & POE Charges: The cost of obtaining a passport and POE charges.
  • Basic Travel Quota: Equivalent to the amount of USD 2,50,000.
  • Airfare Increases: Any increase in the airfare charged by the airline on your air ticket (presently calculated as of 1st August 2024).
  • Rate Differences for Sector Tickets: The rate difference for sector tickets as the same is included based on current fare levels and exchange rates. Fares for sector tickets will be updated by the airline on 30th December 2024.
  • Personal Expenses: Including porterage at airports, laundry, wines, mineral/bottled water, food & drinks not included in the regular menus, mini bar, and telephone calls.
  • Meals: Meals are pre-set, and a menu choice is not available.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS:

All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation etc. for group tours are pre blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors and bear the overhead costs involved in rendering services to you. You shall be bound by the cancellation charges which shall apply when the cancellation happens on your own accord or due to any circumstances. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. You consent for levy of the Cancellation Charges by the Company are as per the policy mentioned as below:

If you have opted for the SOTC Trip Protection, your cancellation charges will be calculated and determined by the company in accordance with the SOTC Trip Protection policy. The Terms & Conditions of SOTC Trip Protection will apply.

Company Rights and Refunds:
The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure without assigning any reason. In such an event, all monies you pay will be fully refunded in Indian Rupees currency only, but no compensation will be payable.

In the case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations, irrespective of the time of cancellation. The company cannot assume responsibility for any additional cost or fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not made through the company. The company reserves the right to forfeit the booking deposit in case of any cancellations.

Visa Rejections:
Passengers whose visas are not granted by the consulates must inform us in advance, i.e., before the date of commencement/departure of the tour. Cancellation charges will be calculated as per the cancellation policy, based on the date of receipt of the written communication from the passenger intimating us about the rejection of the visa. This date will be the determining factor for applying the relevant cancellation charges slab, pertaining to the number of days prior to departure, and accordingly, cancellation charges will be determined and levied.

I recently went to Morocco Spain & Portugal thro Sotc for 16 days .. Everything well managed & organised.. the tour manager was vey efficient in his work...
