Cancellation Policy

  • A cancellation request must be made in writing.
  • For cancellations made 4 weeks prior to the scheduled departure, a 50% cancellation fee of the invoice will apply.
  • For cancellations made within 4 weeks of the scheduled departure, a 100% cancellation charge of the invoice will apply.
  • In case of denial or rejection of VISA, refunds will be processed after deducting non-refundable payments, air-ticket cancellation charges, hotel bookings (if any), and a service charge of up to ₹10,000/-.
