Very bad experience because you did not send an email with the qr code to enter the museum and the museum had to call you so that you send the qr code. They confirmed that this happens very often with (Read More) you. You should question yourself and improve! This is the last time I work with you. I ask you to reimburse me.

The problem is obviously not the museum, but your service! You have a very confusing and poorly designed site to choose the right tickets (e.g. you offer audio guides that do not correspond to the act (Read More)ivities) and the tickets you send are not tickets! The museum had to call you to check what your ticket corresponds to and the employees told us that they constantly had problems with your tickets. They confirmed to us that you did not have a good site! In addition, since everything was confusing, I sent you an email to ask for help and you replied the next day that you would deal with my case, which of course you never did!!!!
