To start with , the driver was inexperienced . He admitted that it was his second day and all of his information was what he read from his cell phone . He admitted his command of English was not very (Read More)good , despite the fact he said he was a doctoral student in nutrition and the university . He was barely audible although there was street noise that might make it difficult for him to be heard . But knowing that he should , like previous tuk tuk drivers we have engaged , invested in a small microphone to all his passengers to hear him . It seemed that he was not familiar with the streets and followed the Waze map on his phone . His more experienced colleague had him say he was a driver and not a guide . But that is not the name of the company . We have had tuk tuk drivers in other cities that made the experience fabulous . Regrettably this experience was a dud on so many levels . He meant well and tried but his lack of experience made our experience disappointing .
