The transfer did not happen due to disorganization, wrong information on your side (the domestic pic up is at exit 11, as stated in your information and we came with domestic flight wit Thai AirAsia f (Read More)rom Phuket), non-reaction to my emails with my flight details sent three days in advance, non-availability at the phone number you provided. The first contact from transportation side happened more than half an hour after I had tried to get in contact with. I then had to undergo the trouble to find my own cab and paid extra. I would urgently request a refund for this miserable experience.

The meeting place at Don Muang Airport was hard to find, and I got lost. (Apparently the rule was that if you found the name posted on the bulletin board yourself and called out to a nearby attendant, (Read More) they would contact the driver. When we were waiting in the lobby to meet up at the hotel on the way back, they came to call us, so that was OK. The driver was friendly and kind. I'm glad it was a trouble-free trip.
