Itinerary
Meet your guide at the cooking school and get set up for your day of cooking. With the morning tour, you will get to head to the local markets where your guide will show you around. Pick out fresh ingredients for your class and see what's on offer as the stalls. Back at the school, start prepping your ingredients for your 4-course meal. Learn how to make curry paste from scratch, discover how to store Thai food, and cook the dishes for you to enjoy after the class. Every class will learn to make Tom Yum Kung, a hot and sour prawn soup, and Pad Thai Kung, a Thai-style fried noodle dish with prawns. Enjoy a sweet dessert of mango with sticky rice called Khao Neeaw Mamuang. The rest of the menu depends on the day of the class and the ingredients available. On Mondays and Fridays make green curry with chicken. On Tuesdays and Saturdays, a red curry with chicken. Discover how to make Panaeng chicken curry on Wednesdays and Sundays. Lastly, make a Massaman curry with chicken on Thursdays. After you finish cooking, sit down and enjoy your creations. Savor the unique flavors and get to know your class group over a friendly meal.
