We had a little bit of trouble finding the driver since he did not meet us with a sign with my name on it. After a couple of texts, we found each other and he drove us to our destination.

We arrived and were ready 1.5 hours earlier than anticipated. I tried to contact the company multiple times to see if an earlier ride was available. I never received a response until after our initial (Read More) appointment time when I requested a refund. I was informed the driver was on-site. He finally showed up 45 minutes later. His driving was rather aggressive and he wanted to drop us off two blocks from our destination in spite of having the correct address. I will never use this company again for any reason.

The vehicle was new and clean. You had to look for the driver where he was standing; he was wearing sweatpants and was constantly playing with his cell phone. He turned left when he should have turned (Read More) right, just to dangerously overtake a few more cars.
