More information is needed as to the requirements for making use of what you paid for. I was not allows into the departure area until 3 hours before my flight, after waiting 4 hours for the airline de (Read More)sk to open. Then I found my self in Terminal 1 with no time to get to Terminal 3 and use the 6 hours that I paid for.
