This service provider never turned up although we had booked and paid for it in advance with the Get Your Guide app. We only had access to WhatsApp. We messaged their number. Someone read it and ignor (Read More)ed us. About 2 hours later, when we had gone back to the hotel room, they started texting back with annoyingly useless questions. It’s really a shame that they’re allowed to be on Get Your Guide. We felt scammed. Every other booking on the app went swimmingly.

It was the worse ride ever, no one was waiting for us, we went looking boat per boat for our ride showing them our booking until we found the crew. The crew did not know any thing about the ride. The (Read More)ride was very very slow, if I was swimming I would be faster from the boat. The boat was not equipped, and was a mess! I will never go through this experience again.
