Our family a fantastic time. This was the perfect cruise and gave us everything we wanted. It was a private trip for our group and travelled past the harbour at sunset and night with fantastic views. (Read More)We were running half an hour late due to traffic yet the driver was accomodating and covered the full tour. On the way back he stopped the boat at the perfect position so we could see the light show of the Burj Khalifa. I would strongly recommend to any small group wanting great night time views of the city and Burj Khalifa. Great value for money!

Left for a 2 hour trip in the evening at 9 p.m. in 40 degrees and the boat broke down after 10 minutes…. After around twenty phone calls from our “captain”, we were sent a tugboat which did not see us (Read More), continued on its way and retraced its steps to finally bring us back to port…. Result: more than an hour of waiting immobilized on the Creek and return to the port. the service was postponed until the following evening and the service provider made a commercial gesture by offering to extend the ride by 30 minutes for the inconvenience caused 👍 . A breakdown can happen and we were unlucky that evening... but this story ultimately cost us dearly (230.00 + 2 return by taxi = 300.00) The walk remains very interesting with lovely views of night. We were disappointed not to see the famous waterfall in operation….

We were amazed by the beautiful spots of Dubai we were able to see along the 1.5 hour tour. Our daughters, aged 9, 12, and 15, were absolutely enthralled by the experience and even requested more time on the boat. One of the standout factors that made our cruise so fantastic was our driver, who was incredibly sweet and accommodating to our requests. He made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time on the boat to the fullest. Overall, I highly recommend this private cruise service to anyone who is looking to have an unforgettable experience in Dubai, whether for a family vacation or some well deserved time-off.
