We had such a great time on our sunrise balloon trip this week. Right from the start the communication was first class. Awais, our driver, was bang on time and also very adept at ‘dune surfing’, getti (Read More)ng us through the sand and back to our hotel. The flight was amazing, up to 4000 feet at one point, watching the sunrise was a beautiful experience, as was looking down on the wildlife from the peace and stillness of the basket. Would thoroughly recommend and, as my partner said, ‘not many things would get me out of bed at 3am, but that was so worth it’ !!

We had a super adventure this morning on the balloon. Everything was explained in detail before we set off, landings etc. We had a great pilot (Im sorry I didnt catch his name, we were in basket 1)who (Read More) pointed out so many things as we glided across the sky. We were picked up from our hotel by the very lovely Hamid who gave us a great tour as we drove out to the balloon site. He couldn't do enough for us. Thanks to all.

Das Ein- und Aussteigen kann ein wenig diffizil werden, klappt a (Read More)ber im Großen und Ganzen, man bekommt Hilfe. Eine Cap aufsetzen ist keine schlechte Idee, es kann doch ganz schön warm auf dem Kopf werden. Eine runde Sache! Ich empfehle die Tour uneingeschränkt!

The experience in the balloon was nice, but it could have less people because it made the ride more unconfortable and also the company should provide more apparel to help people with low mobility and/ (Read More)or disabilities. The structure could better presented, as well as the toilets could more clean and the reception richer as it was a very expensive service and tax took some of the joy. Lastly, the basket could have a protective roof because when you stay in the edges of the basket the heat from the blaster is so strong and the flame is so intense you feel like you're burning.
