We had a very smooth pickup and driving experience with Masood. He was very friendly and skilled and did not try to redirect us to any unexpected locations. Mohammad, our guide, was excellent. Very kn (Read More)owledgeable and friendly and took lots of great photos of us - good angles and made us laugh so we looked less awkward. You will have to pay the cost of the tickets for Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and Fatehpur Sikri separately and in cash to the guide, but do not worry - there is no markup. They will also take your passport for a few moments to fill out the form online. Getting into all the locations was extremely fast using their process for purchasing tickets and getting in the guide entrance, well worth the extra cost of the guide. We were also taken to some artisan shops where they show you how they make their craft and give you a sales pitch. Surprisingly this was a great part of the tour. The quality is infinitely better than the junk we saw in Delhi and the salespeople are respectful.

Pick up & admin was good but both morning and afternoon guides put us in positions where we needed to buy things. Interesting to know about carpet making and pashmina clothes and make three wishes in (Read More)a temple but we didn’t ask to be taken there and we didn’t really want to buy a carpet or fabrics or pay for a sari to leave behind in the temple. Also confusion about whether tickets were included. I thought they were, which is why I booked this way in the first place, but apparently they were extra. In the end, it didn’t matter for us because it was one of the (mostly) free entrance days. We were also double charged for the first guide but Sami sorted that after I pointed it out.
