This 1-day private tour from New Delhi covers the highlights of Agra tourism, making it the perfect choice for time-pressed travelers. The organizers were very attentive and the transportation was comfortable. However, the experience was marred by the attitude of the guide, Zuhai. From the beginning, Zuhai did not fulfill what was pr (Read More)omised: he did not include a member of our group in an activity and refused to provide basic services such as water and shoe covers. His behavior was disrespectful and discriminatory, going so far as to shout at one of my friends. The situation became very uncomfortable when I asked him to fix the problem. Instead of apologizing immediately, he challenged me to report it. Only after a few minutes, he showed some remorse. His explanations about the places visited were interesting, but his negative attitude completely overshadowed the experience. It is unfortunate that a tour guide, who should promote a pleasant and safe environment, behaves in this way. I recommend improving the selection and training of guides. It is essential that they represent the company in a professional and respectful manner.
