Viel Busfahrt , dabei hat das Audio doch einiges erzählt zu Land, Leute VAE , was diese doch etwas verkürzte. Der Markt war nicht unbedingt so wie wir uns das Vorstellten- Viele „Kamelstallungen „nebe (Read More)neinander und die Verkäufer daneben am warte, schlafen. Die Heisse Quellen - die versiegte sofar während der Besischtigung - Absolut kein Besuch wert! 2 Wasser-Röhren die über Steine „die Quelle“ laufen lassen. Der Berg mit der Aussicht - da ist halt oft viel Dunst und somit nicht sehr Sichtung vor allem um diese Tageszeit.

the trip was made only for our group of 7 people, the guide was kind, but the only help to the visit was the audio guide. the stops were the fort, the presidential palace CLOSED, the oasis which is ac (Read More)tually just a date palm plantation and the mountain above al ain with the thermal springs (an iron pipe from which hot water comes out. abandoned as a whole, the lunch was good, but considering the cost (more than 100 euros per person) REALLY VERY DISAPPOINTING TO BE ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED

the trip is super well structured, the attractions are super interesting. The bus has a guide in multiple languages, with essential info, syncronized to the route. The Palace was closed at the time of (Read More) our visit. i would have appreciated to spend more time at the Al Ain Oasis, 30 minutes are NOT enough, it is quite beautiful! we finished the tour with more than 1 hour faster, therefore there was room for some extra minutes to enjoy more sone of the other attractions.. however, the lunch was super good and complete. We were happy that we escaped the city for several hours. the guide was nice and polite.

Pick-up time 1 hour later than agreed. Pick-up location 300 m further than agreed. Bus very poorly air-conditioned, several seats broken, audio guide in the bus with very loud, annoying cracking. Fact (Read More)s in the audio guide repeated up to 5 times. Travel time 2 hours and 20 minutes instead of the agreed 1-1.5 hours (there were no traffic jams or other disruptions). Possibility of obtaining drinking water only after 5 hours when temperatures were over 35 degrees. Visit to the oasis only for 5 minutes and only for the first 20 meters. Hot springs were not visited at all. On the way back we stopped so that the guide and bus driver could get a coffee, and a second time so that the bus driver could go to the toilet. We were not allowed to leave the bus. The guide just dumped us everywhere and told us when we had to be back at the bus. Otherwise he was nowhere to be found. The whole tour was a disaster.
