Itinerary

Enjoy an adventurous day away from the crowded beaches of Goa. The Dudhsagar Waterfalls can be translated into "The Sea of Milk", known for its frothy white appearance as it cascades down the Western Ghats. Located in a National Park, this area is rich in biodiversity, and the falls look spectacular after the monsoons. Set off from your hotel in a private car towards the border of Goa, which takes approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. Once you reach the Mollem National Park, embark on an adventurous 10 km Jeep ride across the river and rocky terrain to the base of the waterfall. A company representative will help co-ordinate a private jeep for you, so no need to wait in line. Spend 1 hour taking in the mesmerizing sights of the waterfall, before making your way back to the parking in the Jeep. After this, hop into your car and make your way to a local Spice Plantation in southern Goa. Enjoy a traditional Indian welcome at the spice plantation with soothing herbal tea. Awaken your senses as you take a leisurely walk around the spice plantation, observing the flora around you. Learn about the different uses of each plant in Indian nutrition, health and lifestyle, including tips for common ailments such as cold and headaches. Savor a delicious buffet-style Goan lunch. At the end of the tour, you will be dropped back to your hotel after an enjoyable day.

the waterfall is beautiful and quite the attraction for both indian and international tourists. From the information in the website it gives the impression this is a less known attraction where you wi (Read More)ll be almost alone, but that's not the case. So if you don't like crowds, this is not for you. Having the chance to jump in the water below the waterfall was quite nice and refreshing, they will tell you that life vest is compulsory, but it's just annoying and too warm; besides, we saw most international people not even carrying it, so we just didn't use it to jump in the waterfall. The food at the spice farm is really good, I was a bit disappointed that it wasn't as spicy as other food I had in Goa; but I guess it was due to them cooking for the tourist taste (a big group of tourist was there just in front of us). You are by yourself most of the time, and you ride the jeep without extra people, that's nice.
