We absolutely LOVED our journey on the Eurostar! The comfort level and the service are just lovely and fabulous! The staff is top-notch! When we arrived in Paris, our guide met us and she was so knowl (Read More)edgeable and quite charming! We had a lovely day at Versailles, but of course, our time was so short. The Eiffel Tower was definitely a sight to see, but it's quite sad that you are overwhelmed with paranoia due to the pick-pockets who quite literally swarm round you like sharks, waiting for their opportunity. Their presence put a damper on an otherwise lovely day. Our tour guides were very good, but I would change how the meet-up locations are described, as they were unclear and caused some unneeded stress. For example, when stating that tours meet up at St Pancras in London near the information desk, this is totally untrue. Our tour organizer showed up quite late, and NOT at the information desk, but near the row of cafes that are closest to the Eurostar entry point.

Very confusing for the pickup Everyone was confused … not a great way to start the day Our taxi driver had no clue where to drop us off based on the instructions for the meeting place. It would have b (Read More)een much simpler to say ‘St Paul’s express just inside the St Pancreas station’. A picture would be even better Took too long at the souvenir shop Rather than the lunch and museum we decided to go on our own to the palace of Versailles It was exactly the right thing to do and you should consider that instead based on chats we had with others on the way back to London Eurostar was the positive part of the day

The day may have been an early start but one that is truly worth it. Once arriving in Paris the guide is easy to pick out and is extremely welcoming. She gave great detail into her descriptions of eac (Read More)h place we would see and the bus driver would do his best for us to see everything as well. The boat trip and Eiffel Tower are a must, however nothing can prepare you for the palace of Versailles. It is truly beautiful and makes you wish for another day to explore it further and it's stunning gardens. A well thought out and definite tour to take. Only downside of the tour is your wish for more time :(

If i could give this tour 0 stars i would. We werent told until after we were on the bus in Paris that they would not be going to Versailles and would be doing other things that we did not want to do (Read More)and did not pay for. Tour guide said Versailles was closed. I later called Versailles and they were open. Do not book this tour, they will lie to you and you will not see Versailles.
