We live in South Goa and had to pay an additional 5000IR for the pickup. The provider was not reachable via message, so I had to use the GYG service. Our guide was nice and told us a lot about Goa. Un (Read More)fortunately, he rushed at the stops and quickly ran away from us. The route to the waterfall in the jeeps was OK; when we arrived at the parking lot, it was very crowded. After a short hike, we came to an even more crowded place by the waterfall, which had completely lost its charm because of all the tourists and life jackets and aggressive, hungry monkeys. Although we would have liked to leave straight away, we had to wait there for 2 hours according to the itinerary. We were then taken to a Hindu temple, which was not worth the visit. We had hoped for more under the spice farm. Only plants were explained, no production or anything like that. There was an extensive (but spicy) buffet. Churches were only explained from the taxi, no direct stop.

We learned a lot from our friendly and helpful guide. He had a lot to say and helped us to good places in the jeep and quickly to the waterfall, where it quickly became busier a little later. It was f (Read More)ull of monkeys, but they were very friendly and didn't try to rob you of your things. They would like your fruit if they saw that you had it with you. The Spice plantation was also beautiful and a very fun and informative tour. We also had a nice lunch buffet there. Then visited a church from the 15th century and was taken to a beautiful shop. It was a (valuable) full day. Thank you for the good care.

Very poor value for money and just not that interesting. The jeep safari is just a ride along an awful bumpy track in a car with too many people and no ventilation. There are no interesting sights to (Read More)see on the ‘safari’ to the waterfall, it is simply an unpleasant experience. Waterfall was ok, gets very busy so not so easy to enter the water as everyone congregates on the rocks at the edge. The spice plantation was also ok. Neither were worth the very high price of the trip.

The waterfalls part of the trip was terrible. 7 Stuffed into a jeep like sardines for 45 minutes drive each way to the falls over very rocky roads. Then walking over rocks to the falls which are full (Read More)of rubbish and diapers left by tourists and a fight to get near the water due to the number of local tourists. Not a pleasant experience. The rest of the trip was pleasant, spice farm good, tour guide excellent! £100 each for this trip was ridiculous.
