They canceled saying that the driver was not available to go to a hotel far from the city center. Clearly, they were aware of this at the time of booking and nothing was written on the site about the (Read More)location of the hotel. Everything is serious. I just hope they at least reimburse the expense. At my request, the guy who contacted me via wa replied to contact customer service. Even here, not very serious. I wanted to go on an excursion with them but at this point I keep away.
