Know before you go
Sharing and private transfers pick up from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM, with drop-off from 06:00 PM to 07:00 PM. Free sharing transfers are provided from centrally located Dubai hotels (Deira, Bur Dubai, Downtown, and Al Barsha). Guests located outside this zone (Al Barsha Heights, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah etc.) can join free transfers at Mall of the Emirates. Guests will receive pickup confirmation and driver details 24 hours before activity via WhatsApp. Children below 3 years, or 1.05 meter in height, can enter for free, while those up to the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at least 16 years old. The Haunted Hotel attraction only opens to guests aged 15 and older. ID card may be asked at the attraction entrance. If a part of the attraction or the entire park is closed due to bad weather or technical issues, no refunds will be issued, but an alternate solution will be offered. Kindly note that smoking, drinking and outside food are strictly prohibited within the park premises.
