We booked a private transfer to the airport. 30 mins after we were supposed to be picked up nobody came to the hotel, despite me calling the company the night before to confirm that the booking was co (Read More)mplete and someone would be there to pick us up. We then called up the provider again and they said they would call the driver. They then told me the driver would be 7 mins away. When the driver showed up it was clearly a Grab that they had just ordered us, which had a cost less than 1/3 of the price we paid. I questioned this to the provider and they just said they would investigate and never replied. Book a grab yourself next time, cheaper and less hassle.

The transfer from the hotel to the airport was at 3:30 in the morning, but the service was carried out at the designated time, so I am satisfied. Furthermore, even though it was late at night, the pri (Read More)ce was lower than other companies, so I was also satisfied. The hotel → airport transfer was the finale of the trip, so I was able to choose a good service and it was a very good trip. Thank you very much.

My experience was absolutely terrible. The car was incredibly disgusting and had a strong smell of smoke, along with a foul and disgusting odor. I could barely breathe inside the car, it was smelling (Read More)so bad. It was the worst ride of my life, and at one point, I even feared that the driver would kidnap me. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
