What an incredible tour we were blessed to take on the day of my birthday, with our absolutely beautiful guide, Fia. From the moment we met her, I knew we were going to have the most wonderful experie (Read More)nce visiting Kensington Palace. Her deep knowledge of English history, from the early days of Princess Victoria to more recent Royal history with the late, Diana, Princess of Wales & the rich history that lies within the palace walls was extraordinary. Thank you so much Fia for being our guide. You made the tour one of the highlights of our week in London. Your beautiful spirit & kindness will always be remembered.

We never meet the tour guide on the meeting location that was indicated. We need a refund on the tour that was booked. It was so disappointing. It should be so specific as to where to meet the tour gu (Read More)ide.

There were just 4 of us on the ‘Semi Private Kensington Palace and Garden Tour’. Our guide was very friendly, very knowledgeable and always ready to answer our endless questions. She let us dictate th (Read More)e pace and moved us gently on when we had all soaked up the grandeur of each room, there was no rush. Would recommend.

The guide wasn’t obvious to us outside and we ended up going through security and to be told st admissions desk our tickets werent valid. We had to go back outside/ ring your company to be told the gu (Read More)ide was outside. We found her eventually and she’d started the outside tour, Why didn’t she have our names and walk the queue to identify us? We were then told by her that when we went in to Kensington Palace she couldn’t tell us anything about anything as the KP staff had the sole rights but only if we asked her a question she could reply. What had we paid our money for I wondered? There was another couple who were in same position and felt same as us. Not good value for money - extremely disappointed and will give bad review.
