Itinerary

Along the tour you will get to know some of the most characteristic patisserie specialties in Milan: Cannoncini: the typical dessert of northern Italy and especially of the area between Milan and Novara. In the Milanese Sunday tray, it is the dessert that will never be missed. A fragrant, puff pastry, filled with custard. You will taste the best Milan cannoncino. Panettone: the symbol of Milanese bakery tradition. Known throughout Italy and the world, the classic Milanese panettone has raisins and candied fruit. On this tour, you will try the panettone of a historic family bakery, which has produced a high quality artisan panettone since 1967. Marron Glacé: a very ancient dessert, simple, but with a great taste. The marron glacé is a carefully selected chestnut that is immersed for several days initially in water, then in a sugar syrup and, finally, glazed, to acquire an inimitable flavor. Pasticceria pastries: well known and appreciated throughout Italy. It is the custom to bring them to the family Sunday lunch. Of various shapes, sizes and colors, pastry chefs have invented all types and it is precisely from mignon pastry that you can understand the talent and the art spirit of a great chef. Pralines: are you chocolate lovers? You cannot miss the prized Milan pralines. Handmade chocolate sweets filled with fruit or other chocolate. Simply irresistible.

We loved this tour! This tour exceeded our expectations and My tour guide Mikayla was amazing and so accommodating to our needs and scheduling . She was very informative and personable and went above (Read More)and beyond making sure we were taken care of. Very interesting visit. The 4 tasting stops are all as different as they are delicious. During our visit, it was extremely hot, the short tasting break with a drink in the air-conditioned tea room was (Read More) greatly appreciated. We were able to take the time to taste cool! Too bad there was no ice cream tasting planned! Our guide Simone, very friendly, managed to captivate the whole group by switching from French to English as needed.

The guide Giulia is very good and helpful. Pasticeria Ranieri received us very well. We took a tour of the kitchen and were explained about the process of making some sweets. The other 3 pasticerias w (Read More)ere bad. It seemed like they didn't know the tour existed. We were poorly received and they didn't even explain anything about the production process. I was looking forward to seeing how brown icing, one of my favorite sweets, is made, but the attendant forbade us to visit the kitchen. Ultimately, it's not worth the cost.

Nice tour and delicious sweet foods. The four locations are quite close together. You don't have to walk much, but you don't see much of the city either. Guide was great!!!
