Well to start.. I asked for an English driver, which he was not. The person communicating with us on arrival was English speaking but was communicating separately with the person who was actually sent (Read More) to pick us up from the airport, and did not speak English. The driver also wasn’t sure where he parked the car. We followed him around the parking deck and still, he couldn’t find the car. The whole situation felt unsafe. We ended up just taking a taxi.

We give a five star rating for Talixo for reliability and efficiency, specifically to the driver Ibra, for being so excellent and patient. However, we specifically requested to pick us up at 6:45 (tho (Read More)ugh there was no drop down option for the time). Only 5am and 8am were given as options. So he was at our hotel at exactly 5am and we were hardly ready to go. But he was gracious and waited for us until we got ready at 5:45. We are thankful for his consideration.

This was not what was advertised. It asked for a name on the sign, and stated that pickup would be at arrivals. Instead I had to deal with being a go between for my mom and the driver because she does (Read More)n’t have WhatsApp. The driver wasn’t at the door I was originally told they would be at. She had to look for a license plate. I would not recommend this service.
