Picked up on time, transport was the only good thing. Got to the venue and it looked nice but was a little tacky in my opinion. I started to feel unwell which didn't help matters and 15 minutes into t (Read More)he show I had to leave, the performance didn't help because I can't imagine sitting watching a float go by for two hours. When we left was a nightmare to get out as most of the staff left in the rear areas as the show was in progress. I eventually made it to the box office to check and see if I could be reimbursed for the show as I was unwell. And was told sorry but No. £140.00 for nothing. The only good outcome was they arranged the transport to take us back to our hotel which we had already paid for anyway. I feel we were ripped off. In summary AVOID
