• Duration: 3 – 4 hours • Sat: 2 pm - 11.30 pm • Sun: 1 pm - 7 pm • In case of absence, individuals must arrange for their replacements. • Require a minimum of 3 persons for each Gin School • If the minimum participant requirement is not met, we will coordinate with you to either reschedule your session or provide a full refund. Itinerary: • Meet your Ginstructor and fellow distillers for the day. Enjoy a welcome drink as we share with you the program for the next few hours. • Engage your senses and enter the wonderful world of botanicals. Touch, smell, and taste from our herb garden and lab before working with us to create your unique recipe. • With your mini copper pot still, we'll guide you on how to distill a well-balanced spirit based on your preferred flavor profile. • Bottle and personalize your creation to take home. After all your efforts we’ll serve you a G&T with your very own gin in the Tasting Room.
