We tried different traditional foods as well as drinks and desserts while we walked through the night. Our guides explained some of the buildings and history of Singapore. Unfortunately, we couldn't u (Read More)nderstand his English very well. We took some pictures at night. The highlight was the traditional market with the satay skewers at the end. The tour lasted almost 4 hours.

Our guide Rui Heng on the Street Food Night Tour was very very good. He has a vast knowledge of Singapore history, culture, and the way the country is moving forward. He took us all over and showed us (Read More) the most memorable site of the city. And we ate at three different places and the food was excellent at each one. The Bak kat teh rib soup was rich and peppery. The Roti pratha bread and curry with pulled Tea tarik was savory and delicious. But the highlight of the food tour was the Satay street at the Old Market. It was a sensory experience of open grilled meats and other dishes. Loved it!
