Long queuing, very short tracks (now I understand their slogan) and the car is hard to get going and keep going once you stop, especially if you're a large adult like me.

I had a group of seven with a small child. The online ticketing is seriously flawed. I was refused entry at first with the printed e-ticket. Then I was sent to a different ticketing counter who refuse (Read More)d to accept it and sent me back to the Luge counter. Again the woman at the counter would not accept my ticket even with a printed proof of purchase. She was extremely rude. I then waited for the male counter clerk to be free and took my ticket to him. He too said it is not valid. I insisted he double check, which he did after about ten minutes of scratching his head! Finally he called someone on the phone and the tickets were validated. We love the Luge and have been on it before but I was totally disgusted by the rudeness an incompetence of the staff on the day. particularly by the woman on duty. Spent close to half an hour trying to validate my ticket!

Das Ticket ist viel günstiger wie vor Ort, auch wenn nur 2 Fahrten inklusiv sind. Hat für uns aber gereicht.
