Itinerary

Set in one of the most beautiful wildlife environments in the world, Singapore Zoo is home to over 2,800 animals from over 300 species of mammals, birds, and reptiles. At the zoo, they roam freely in their near-natural habitats, separated from visitors only by moats and wooden fencing. The park also boasts the world's first free-ranging orangutan habitat in a zoo. With your 1-day admission ticket, walk around the zoo or use the tram to rest your feet and enjoy the views. Impressive exhibits include the white tiger, Asian elephant, pygmy hippo, free-ranging orangutan, otter, sun bear, and proboscis monkey. In addition, there are shows and feedings, a waterfall aviary, a bird park, a wet-play area, animal rides, and a tropical-animal-themed slide and spray shack in the superb waterpark. To satiate your inevitable thirst and hunger, head to one of the many bistros, cafes, and restaurants in the complex.

This site is an absolute cheat. I had booked my tickets for 12th Nov for the zoo and I received an email stating that my booking is confirmed. It was additionally mentioned that I will receive another (Read More) email with the ticket. However I never received the same and there was no response on the help number provided. On visiting the zoo the zoo authorities checked there systems and no reservation was made under my name. The email stated to print at the kiosk however there is no kiosk for printing at the zoo. With my 2 year old I was made to run from one place to the other and eventually had to buy new tickets from the counter there. I’ve been cheated on this site.

The zoo itself is very nice and the animals are great. But the tram was free anyway so you don’t need a special ticket. The worst part was our tickets weren’t sent to us right away and we were left wa (Read More)iting for over an hour at the entrance trying to contact the tour operator to get in. Terrible service. The zoo employees did their best to help us but maybe just buy a ticket at the door next time.

I find that the poor animals don't have enough space in their enclosures... they're in trouble... especially the elephants and white tigers...
