This class was perfect, Sunee is a great person and makes us feel at home. We go to a local market where we can discover Thai food. The cooking class was great and we had a good laugh. The recipes are (Read More) simple and delicious in a family setting and in a very quiet area of Bangkok. Thanks again for the great experience ~

It's superb as a course. I was able to learn how to work with jasmine buds, banana leaves and lotus flowers.

First, we went to a Thai market with Sunee, just the two of us, and got most of the ingredients for the meal there. Then we took a tuk-tuk to her house, where everything was already prepared for cooki (Read More)ng. We talked a bit about Thai culture and, of course, about the food. Then we made our own chilli paste. Since there were only two of us (larger groups are possible), we could even choose what we wanted to cook (otherwise there is a weekly plan). We cooked a total of 5 dishes plus dessert (perhaps because there were only two of us). Everything was delicious and Sunee gave us very good advice and tips. I would recommend it to anyone who is in Bangkok.
