The TPC Four season, Las Colinas is a championship course designed by Jay Morish, Byron Nelson, and Ben Crenshaw. The course was constructed as a stadium course and since it’s opening in 1983, it has hosted the PGA Tour’s Nelson event from 1983 to 2017.

Brook Hollow Golf Club is one of the oldest and most prestigious golf courses in Dallas. It was founded in 1920 and designed by A.W. Tillinghast. It is a private course spanning up to 6,703 yards in length. The tight tree-lined fairways and small green make the course challenging to players. The Trinity Forest Golf Club was the host to the PGA’s, AT&T Byron Nelson golf tournament (2018-2019). It is home to the SMU Mustangs College golf teams. It is a private golf course constructed in a Link style on top of a landfill in 2016. Spanning up to 7,450 yards in length, it is a challenging course with lots of angles and options to consider.

Northwood Club is a private, member-owned club; founded in 1946, originally designed by Bill Diddel. It hosted the US Opens golf championship in 1952 and it was ranked as the 5th toughest open golf course in 2016. The 6,868-yard course has been consistently featured amongst Texas’ top twenty courses. In 2015 under Trip Davis, the course was renovated and in 2018 it reopened with four new short-hole courses. Membership to the club is via invitation only. Guest visits are allowed if accompanied by a member of the club.

The Luna Vista Golf course is a part of the L.B. Houston Sports Complex; previously it was known as the LB Houston Golf Course and was originally established in 1969. It underwent extreme renovation and debuted with a new name in October of 2012. The course stretches up to 6,800 yards in length and provides a picturesque backdrop for golfers to enjoy. Four different sets of tee are provided at Luna Vista which allows the players to play to their skill level, thus the course attracts both beginners and low handicappers.

Dallas National Golf Club is a High- end private golf course built in 2002, designed by Tom Fazio. The course spans 7,326 yards in length and is built on a former limestone canyon which adds to the natural elevation of the course. It is considered the standard of measurement of golf courses in Dallas. The club has a limitation of 350 members and membership is obtained via invitation only; guest visits are allowed if accompanied by a member of the club.

Dallas Athletic Club, popularly known as DAC is a private country club established in 1919. It was originally located at the corner of St Paula and Live Oak Street and in 1954, it relocated to the eastern intersection of Interstate 30 and 635.

Bent Tree Country Club is a private member-owned club, opened in1974. It was designed on 190 acres of former cotton fields by Desmond Muirhead. The LPGA and the Senior PGA tournaments were frequently hosted by the club in the 1980s. The location of the club is in a hot spot, featuring a challenging water play with 7081 yards in length. It is a membership exclusive club however guests are allowed when accompanied by a member.

The Cowboy Golf Club is the first and only NFL-themed golf club in the world. It was constructed in 2001 designed by Jeffery D. Brauer in the style of a resort, a daily – fee golf course. Grover C. Keeton Golf Course is a championship public golf course which was built in 1979, designed by David Bennett. It was named as one of the Avid Golfer magazine’s Top 50 courses. Lessons for students of all ranges are available at the course, it is relatively busier on the weekend therefore weekdays are more suitable for a visit.

The Grapevine Golf Course is a municipal golf course, opened designed by Joe Finger and Byron Nelson in 1979. In 1999 it underwent renovation via Golf Resources, Inc which added nine holes to the course lengthening it to 6901 yards. The Annual GrapeFest Golf Classic tournament which helps in the local scholarship fund is held in September at the course. It is a popular venue to host weddings, meetings and luncheons. Along with the economical budget, the staff and the service extend to the well-maintained value of the course making every penny spent worth the experience.

Stevens Park Golf Course is a Public/Municipal Golf Course, built-in 1922. It was redesigned and re-opened in 2011 by Colligan Golf Design. The Courses at Watters Creek is a public golf course. The unique feature of this course is that it offers multiple courses to accommodate all tiers of players.
