The Sri Guruvayurappan temple was established in 2011 by the members of the Kerala Hindu Society of North Texas which has been in existence since 1985. The temple is built in traditional Kerala style architecture, modeled on the famous Sri Krishna Temple in Guruvayur. The Cambodian Buddhist Temple of Dallas, also known as the Wat Jetapon Khemaram was established in 1986 on the outskirts of the Dallas countryside. Wat Lao Thepnimih, also known as Wat Saginaw is a non-profit charitable religious institution that strives to provide a suitable environment to learn and practice Buddhism and to preserve Lao tradition and cultures.
