Zoos in Hamilton

A great alternative to the huge Toronto zoo, Kilman zoo is small in size that doesn't take up your whole day. All the animals can be visited in 1-2 hours, and the most common ones are large cats, bears, different species of monkeys, and several other ones. This place is great for children too as they can get close and personal with many animals and learn about them.

It takes about an hour to reach the Zoo from the city center, and the drive is an enjoyable one. A great educational place for the kids as they get to see numerous animals up close.

Visitors also get to feed and take care of the winged creatures, and for a few bucks, one can also get up close to feed the giraffes.

Dazzling free Zoo in High Park! An incredible spot to take kids or take a stroll to change the landscape. I was charmingly shocked to see this while going for a walk in the recreation center. There are llamas, a few sorts of sheep/slam, mountain bovines (even a calf!), peacocks, and some more spectacular animals. If you get tired of walking around the Zoo, there are places to sit down and eat.

The Toronto Zoo is Canada's biggest Zoo with more than 5,000 creatures speaking to more than 450 species! More than 700 sections of land to investigate, visit grant-winning shows, including the Gorilla Rainforest, Great Barrier Reef, and 10-section of land Tundra Trek.
