What was earlier the house and garden of Frederick Sayen and his wife, is now known as Sayen Park Botanical Garden in Hamilton Square. A day trip from New York to this 30 acres park, especially during spring will mesmerize you with walking trails, ponds, gazebos, bridges and numerous rhododendrons, azaleas and other bulbs. Visit on Mothers’ Day for the Azalea Festival and take a tour of Sayen Bungalow.
